A next level of the subconscious

“Some trauma can be healed only through the body, not through talking”.

I’m not sure what she meant by this, but the sentence caught my attention because of what I make of it. It also shed light on so many more subjects currently playing in the social domain and are always obscure on their surface.

Our trauma is not rational; it can’t be healed with words or logic. But it’s not what this implies either…that words are pointless.

Our basic trauma is formed long before someone does or doesn’t do something to us. The very journey here, forming a body, condensing our Self to fit into it and adjust in our skin is a traumatic experience of its own.

After that, trauma builds up according to the integration of memory and further physical/psychological experience. Because those memories are unconscious to the surface mind, that doesn’t mean that they don’t exist and that they don’t affect us. Besides, it is well known by now that these memories can be found with hypnotism, if one is not yet able to access them on their own, which is always better and a more natural process, for many reasons.

When we do access them, the whole scenery of our perception changes. Admittedly, we have a lot more to deal with than common thinking does, but we also have a much wider range of perception, which keeps expanding and unifying, into a grand blooming fractal, the “ends” of which we cannot see. A totally different perspective to the common linear, narrow, physical one.

Those who can discuss such matters become fewer and fewer and so do the guides, teachers and leaders. I think a big part of our future creative and inspiring education will have to do with dropping the pedestals, abolishing fame, shedding identities. We will be using our intuition to pick our teachers, not their identity or others’ opinions of them.

But that will be a time when everything will have changed too; politics, economics, religions, science etc. The seeds are planted now, the roots are becoming stronger here. Not with words..
