Unconscious pain

We all hurt, in one way or another. We blame left and right in an attempt to get rid of this deep, inner pain, a futile endeavor.

We keep ourselves busy with “important stuff” to forget that the pain is there.

We camouflage the pain to hide it from our eyes (“I have my house, my paycheck, my significant other, my children, my career…”); a safety net we construct.

No matter what we think or believe, the heart will ALWAYS come first. Caring! The mind follows suit.

Without caring about and addressing the hurt within, we cannot extend genuine care to anything or anyone else.

The wars, violence, poverty, deprivation, injustice, greediness, fear, guilt; everything comes from non-caring and ignorance.

You need to deal with your pain first. Shed light on it and take responsibility for it through your behavior/actions. A challenging but necessary task.

It’s hard! Trying to help someone see the truth when they’re hurting you! You help those that you care about. When you understand what caring really is, you begin to realize how difficult that is and how it contradicts New Age teachings.

You can’t change your behavior unless you change your knowing; beliefs and perception. You can’t change your knowing unless you care enough to.

Without knowledge of the causes, you are powerless to change the effects. Causes are not found in manifested reality; matter, conditions, effects.
